The Hub

A first in the industry, The Hub at DIRFT is central to the Park and provides a dedicated space for our customers and the local community to relax, chat, meet and learn. It is also home to our training programme, on site Police Community Support Officers and site management team.

On-site amenities

A brand-new Euro Garages facility is now open
on-site, bringing Starbucks, Greggs, Subway and more offering convenient food and drink options.

Lorry park

Exclusive to those at DIRFT, our secure HGV lorry park offers dedicated driver amenities for more fulfilling stays, including showers and a barbeque area. Able to accommodate 130 lorries, plans are in place to expand the capacity to 300.

Park-wide green spaces

Open to everyone working at DIRFT, our green spaces are designed to help you relax and recharge. Shenley Gardens offers 250m of landscaped space with picnic benches, a pétanque court and peaceful spots to unwind. The Green is a flexible area with seating, a BBQ zone and space for five-a-side football or team gatherings. For a longer escape, Lilbourne Meadows is a 193-acre nature reserve managed by the Wildlife Trust, with diverse habitats and scenic walking routes.

Building-specific welfare

We design our buildings with people in mind. From dedicated welfare areas to roof terraces and outdoor spaces, our units offer thoughtful amenities that support wellbeing, boost morale and create a better place to work.

It means more...

Where rare sheep are a common sight

North of the DIRFT site lies Lilbourne Meadows, a 70-hectare nature reserve created by Prologis and the Wildlife Trust. Home to rare sheep breeds cared for by our shepherdess, their wool is sold to local craftspeople after shearing.

On track for Net Zero

Helping the UK achieve Net Zero by 2050, our rail transportation uses 75% less carbon than moving the same tonnage by road – dropping to 95% when electric trains are in use. Our three terminals also provide a competitive edge, giving you direct access to the UK’s ports.

It means
more fresh air

The Park offers all kinds of walking routes, linked together by the Village Green in the centre. Perfect for pre-work jogs or lunchtime strolls, our landscaped trails help you get more from every workday.
